Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and Canadian dollars

We at LookMyFlight.com do not guarantee airfares and reservations till the payments are collected. Sufficient funds should be available on the debit card or credit card from the time of booking till the final issuing of the ticket. The price quoted during the time of original booking or subsequent booking(s) cannot be guaranteed if the credit card or debit card is unable to be processed due to lack of funds or restrictions.

All tickets are non refundable and non transferable.

It is mandatory to enter the first name and last name of each traveler into the reservation as clearly displayed on your government issued identification such as passport, driver license or any other acceptable forms of identification whenever required.

Your total charge may be split by us into two parts – (i.) airfare and (ii.) non-refundable LookMyFlight.com booking fee. The combined total amount will be the same as quoted, agreed and authorized by you during the time of booking. The booking fee will be included in the total fare whenever applicable.

Prices do not include airline baggage fees.

Trip insurance can also be purchased through us. Our trip insurance partner will however be directly responsible for any changes, cancellations, clarifications or claims.

If you are traveling to international destinations then you will be required to obtain and carry necessary travel documents including but not limited to, passport, visa, and advanced parole etc. The customers will be directly responsible for the review of travel restrictions in order to determine and obtain all required travel documentation prior to the originating travel date as may be necessary. LookMyFlight.com or its agents are not responsible in any way to provide answers to specific questions related to travel documentation requirements.

The customers are required to make all cancellation and exchange requests at least four (4) hours before scheduled departure. Refund or exchange can be done if the airline fare rules associated with the ticket(s) issued permits. In such case the refund or exchange will be for the original purchase price less the applicable airline penalties, plus any fare difference between the original fare paid and the fare associated with the new ticket(s). In addition, LookMyFlight.com will charge a refund/change fees. However, we want to make it clear that LookMyFlight.com has no control whatsoever over airline penalties associated with refunds or exchanges.

The customers be informed and take note of the fact that the value of a ticket is lost if/when the traveler associated with the ticket(s) during any part of the travel doesn’t show up at the check-in counter or cancel the booking at least 3-4 hours before scheduled departure or as required by specific airline rules.

The customers who want to make last minute changes (within four hours of scheduled departures) are advised to contact the airline directly for assistance.

There are multiple airlines often involved in international travel. Each airline has its individual set of fare rules. If however more than one set of fare rules are associated with the total fare, the most restrictive rules will be applicable to the entire booking.

LookMyFlight.com, while providing travel services, doesn’t guarantee or insure the services to be provided by any supplier, the financial position of such suppliers or the reimbursement to you from any loss experienced as a result of the financial condition of such supplier. LookMyFlight.com is not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may be occasioned through neglect, or default or any other act or inaction of any supplier of travel products. LookMyFlight.com shall not be liable for any fluctuation in price or change in for any travel service, which occurs subsequent to payment for such service.

Whenever the tickets are finally issued, a penalty may be incurred for refunds. The discounts offered to the customers may vary and depends on many factors such as flight load, advance notice provided, time of year (low, mid or high season), destination, class of service, and airlines utilized.

Use of Site and Ticket Purchase

You must be of a minimum 18 years of age and possessing the legal authority for entering into this agreement and the use of LookMyFlight.com website in accordance with all the terms and conditions as herein stated. Before using the website for any transaction you must fully abide by the terms and conditions and agree to be financially responsible for the use of the website (as well as others using your account with or without permission). You will be solely responsible for the bookings done by any person(s) as directed by you or under your control. You must confirm that the information provided by you or on your behalf, or by family members/friends is true and accurate when using the website for any transaction. You will also have to confirm that the passenger is not an unaccompanied minor. You should take note of the fact that without limitation, any exploratory, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You will also have to agree that the facilities of the website for travel services reservations shall be only used for making legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. We caution that overuse, misuse or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of LookMyFlight.com website is likely to result in denying you access to such facilities.

Re-confirmation, Check-In and Boarding

You must reconfirm all your flights at least 72 hours prior to scheduled departure. Check-in needs to be done at least two (2) hours prior to departure and you must be present at the gate for boarding at least 30 minutes prior to departure. If you are traveling by domestic flights a valid photo identification issued by the government should be compulsorily carried along with you. However, for traveling on international flights you are required to be in possession of valid travel documents and valid passport.

Frequent Flyer Mileage, Seats, Meals and other special requests

You must take note of the fact that requests for seat, meals, frequent flyer and other such special requests made by you is only a request. These requests come under the purview of the concerned airline for which transaction is done and tickets finally issued. We will not guarantee to assign the seat as requested by you, nor can any kind of guarantee whatsoever is made by us regarding meal, frequent flyer mileage and other special requests. We will however be doing the needful by sending your request to the airline during the time of booking for confirmation. The airline reserves the right to apply any reservations to the requested seat allocation without notification. You are recommended to contact your airline directly for confirming your requests.

Unaccompanied minors and Infant travel

There are different rules and regulations for each airline pertaining to unaccompanied children under 12 years traveling without an adult co-passenger. Some airlines bar unaccompanied minors from traveling without an adult co-passenger. However, unaccompanied minors are allowed to travel by some airlines on the condition that they are on non-stop flights and the flight time must not be early morning or late evening. Minors cannot be booked on a last flight of the day. Additional fee is charged for unaccompanied minor by all airlines, and this fee is not included in the ticket price. The fee for minor need to be paid to the respective airline directly at the airport. You must however contact the airline for verifying rules and restrictions and applicable charges for unaccompanied minor traveling alone. E-tickets are also not offered by many airlines for infant. After completing infant booking you are requested to contact the customer service of the airline.
